The Baxters Giving Programme complements and enhances the fantastic charity activity already being undertaken across many of Baxters Food Group sites. The Baxters Giving Programme is designed to be driven by our employees and provides access to small scale funding to support local causes which are making a difference in the communities around our European sites.
Baxters employees can request support for causes that are meaningful and important to them or request matched funds (up to the value of £250) at any time.
We will also invite nominations for organisations to benefit from funding as part of our scheduled annual Baxters Giving Programme campaigns, e.g. Easter, Back to School and Christmas.
All nominations are considered in line with the criteria of the Giving Programme.
